Booking Policies

To determine if we are a good therapeutic fit, I offer a free 15-minute initial consultation. This brief meeting—held virtually or by phone—allows us to connect and address any questions you may have.

I provide both in-person and virtual counselling sessions through Jane App, a secure, encrypted, and privacy-compliant platform specifically designed for therapy.

Online booking is available for current clients only.
New clients, please reach out via email, phone, or text to book your first session or consultation.

Intake Form Requirement:
Please complete and submit your intake form before your first appointment. A reminder will be sent via the Jane App. If the form is not completed and signed in advance, your session will be considered unconfirmed and may need to be rescheduled.

Consultation appointments can only be booked once.
Appointment reminders are sent automatically through the Jane App.

Cancellation Policy:
Your appointment time is reserved exclusively for you. Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations.

  • Less than 24 hours’ notice will result in the full session fee being charged to the credit card on file.
  • A first-time, last-minute cancellation will be waived in cases of illness or emergency.
  • Subsequent short-notice cancellations will be charged.

Rates

  • Standard Session (60 minutes): $145.00
  • Extended Session (90 minutes): $217.00 (available upon request)
  • Sliding Scale Rate: $120.00
    (Limited to 10 sessions and available upon request.)

All rates are in accordance with the British Columbia Association of Clinical Counsellors recommendations.

Payment Methods:
Credit card, e-transfer, and cash are accepted.
Credit card and e-transfer are preferred.
Payment is due at the beginning of each session.

A receipt with my registration number will be provided for reimbursement through your insurance or benefits provider.

Registered Clinical Counselling services are often covered by extended health and insurance plans. Please check with your provider to confirm your coverage.
